Apart from the main case, we provide services in urgent injunction motions as well as the execution of foreign and domestic judgments, including seizure of property and withholding funds. ARBITRATION SERVICES
We represent clients in both international and domestic arbitration and in challenge, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards proceedings. We are familiar with different arbitral rules, including the Thai Arbitration Institute, the Thai Arbitration Center and the ICC Rules. We have pursued arbitrations against public enterprises on behalf of our client in English and provided researches on Thai law issues in arbitration cases under the auspices of the ICC Rules in Geneva and London.
